What I collect and why

I want to understand how people use this site so I can make it better: which sections get read, where people stop scrolling, which links get clicked and where visitors come from.

I only get your name or email if you send them yourself through the collab form or the True Company waitlist, and I do not sell data.

Microsoft Clarity (only full tracking with your consent)

Clarity records clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and page views as heatmaps and session replays, plus device, browser, country and the site you came from. Text you type is masked.

If you accept, it sets cookies (_clck for up to 1 year, _clsk for 1 day) so visits can be linked into one session. If you decline, it still records anonymous page interactions without cookies, each page view on its own.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (only with your consent)

Loads only after you accept. If you are logged in to LinkedIn, it lets me see aggregated statistics about visitors, such as job titles, industries and company sizes. I never see who you are.

LinkedIn sets cookies such as bcookie, lidc, li_sugr and UserMatchHistory, for up to 1 year.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (no cookies)

The site is hosted on Vercel, which counts page views, referrers, countries and devices and measures page speed. It uses no cookies and does not identify you across days.

The collab form (only if you send it)

If you send a brief at /collab, your name, contact details and message go to me by email (sent through Resend) and as a Telegram message. If you tick “Email me a copy”, the same brief is also emailed to the address you entered. If you record a voice pitch, the recording reaches me the same way, as an email attachment and a Telegram file; it is not sent back in your copy. An image or PDF you attach reaches me the same way and is not in your copy either. None of this is stored on this site. I use them only to reply and keep them as long as we are in contact. If you choose to book a call after sending, the calendar is Cal.com: your name, email, the brief ID and title, and the time you pick go to Cal.com and into my calendar invite.

Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Providers: Resend (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy), Telegram (telegram.org/privacy) and, if you book a call, Cal.com (cal.com/privacy).

The True Company beta waitlist (only if you join)

If you join at /truecompany, your email, whether you want to find or offer company, and the optional first name, city and phone type are saved as a contact in Resend and sent to me as a Telegram message. You get one confirmation email now and an email when the beta opens. I use them only for the True Company beta and delete them when you ask (reply to any of those emails), or once the beta list is no longer needed.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given with the 18+ checkbox; you can withdraw it any time. Providers: Resend (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy) and Telegram (telegram.org/privacy).

Stored in your browser

Your light/dark theme, your cookie choice and an unsent /collab brief are saved in your browser (localStorage). The brief draft is kept for 7 days and deleted once you send it; nothing there leaves your device until you press Send.

Legal basis and transfers

Cookies from Clarity and LinkedIn: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Cookieless statistics: my legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Microsoft, LinkedIn and Vercel may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your choices and rights

Change your cookie choice any time with "Cookie settings 🍪" at the bottom of every page. Declining deletes Clarity cookies.

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing hi@raimoxo.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
