Raimo Pregel (raimoxo) is an AI creative director and solution architect based in Tallinn, Estonia. He designs technology that feels intuitive, emotional and delightful. He is the Co-Founder & CEO of Aerion, an autonomous drone network for cities, and has taught software development at Tallinn University since 2020.

Aerion is a Tallinn-based startup building an autonomous drone network for cities. Its drones are on call 24/7 and use AI vision to monitor construction sites and urban areas, detecting people, trash, cracks, water and heat. The first cities, Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Viljandi, launch in 2027.
